Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use hellonovixa.com (the "Site"), run by Novixa ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Site

You must be at least 18, or use the Site with a parent's permission. You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for anything illegal.

2. Products and prices

We try to show products and prices accurately. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. If we made a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a product is unavailable.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

5. Safe use

Our stoves produce an open flame. Always follow the safety instructions: use on a stable, heat-proof surface in a well-ventilated area, never refill while lit or hot, never leave the flame unattended, and keep children and pets away. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) belongs to Novixa or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the Site when you order applies to that order.
