Free tracked shipping Australia-wide on every order — no minimum spend.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from our international warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 7–14 business days. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Fuel

For safety reasons we never ship fuel. Your stove arrives empty — simply buy methylated spirits from Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths or most supermarkets.

Questions or delays

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email contact@hellonovixa.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
